The Problem

This commercial building in New Roads, LA had old, worn-down roof edges that were letting rainwater run straight down the sides of the structure. The metal was rusted, dirty, and starting to fail in spots—exactly the kind of thing that leads to leaks, rot, and expensive repairs if it’s ignored.

The property owner needed a clean, reliable gutter system to get the water under control and stop further damage.
The Solution

Our crew cleaned up the damaged roof edges and prepped everything so the new gutters would sit solid and straight. Once the surface was ready, we installed a new commercial-grade gutter system built to handle heavy Louisiana rain. Everything was secured tight, aligned properly, and tested to make sure water would drain where it’s supposed to.
The Result

The building now has a clean, sharp roofline and gutters that actually do their job. Rainwater is being carried away from the structure instead of running down the walls, and the whole place looks better for it. A simple upgrade, but a big improvement for the life of the building.
